The Catalinbread Belle Epoch Tape Echo, has tape echo sounds so authentic you’d swear there was tape inside the pedal! Inspired by the Maestro Echoplex, EP-3 model, perhaps the most famous tape delay ever, the Belle Epoch features everything we love about the EP-3 in a small, maintenance free pedal format. We felt that a “tape echo” pedal was much more than just a standard digital delay with some “filtering” on the repeats. There are a lot of subtle and not-so-subtle traits of the Echoplex that needed to be implemented in order to be authentic. The preamp, the self-oscillation character, the ability to play the pedal as an instrument unto itself, the ability to control the “record level” of the signal hitting “tape”, the wow and flutter, the way the repeats decay, the way the circuit interfaces with the amp and other pedals - all these things were important to get right.
The Deeelay has controls for Delay, Repeat and Blend. Footprint of a Boss or Ibanez and has a bright blue LED and True Bypass. This pedal now has 600ms of delay time and sounds great!
Unlike many of delays, this pedal doesn't add highs to repeats like most digital delays. What you play is what you get (delayed). Pedal is dead quiet with hardly any noise.
Comes STANDARD in Blue.
It runs on a 9v adapter or batery..
Specs:
The Catalinbread Echorec is based around the legendary Binson Echorec, an arcane tube echo which incorporated 4 playback heads and a spinning magnetic drum as its recording medium. The Binson is probably most famously known for Pink Floyd's use of the unit, and has long captivated musicians for both its rhythmic and ambient characteristics. We managed to include all the features of the original (and then some) while still keeping it in a small standard pedal sized enclosure.
The Catalinbread Echorec has 12 programs which allow for all combinations of the 4 delay heads (something the original was never capable of.) The original also has a fixed speed, and thus a fixed delay time, while the Catalinbread Echorec can go from 40ms-1000ms. The repeats give you the ability for a single repeat or can go into spaceship feedback. The tone control is very useful, able to be tonally flat or dark and resonant on one side or bright and bubbly on the other. The mix allows for 100% wet or dry signal. Inside the pedal you have the ability to run in true-bypass or trails mode, as well as a trimmer for gain and modulation.
We’ve heard it said before that all delay pedals sound the same. “Surely they just make an echo don’t they, they just copy what has just happened, don’t they?”
Well, theoretically, they do. But, if you take a few of them, and then listen to each one properly, you will quickly see that some sound cold, some sound dirty, some sound warm, others sound... well... you know.
So, if you wanted a delay pedal, just a normal one (not one that does everything yet in reality, nothing that actually sounds good), what do you want? You want a an accurate replication of your tone, one that you can sparkle up if you want, or maybe cool down to give an older analog sounding warmth. You want enough delay time to give you loads of echo, yet you want it sharp enough to give you a fast, accurate slap back. Basically, you want something that you can use and lets you still sound great.
Enter the Wampler Pedals Faux AnalogEcho. Quite possible, the best sounding delay pedal available today. Just ask Brad Paisley. Or James Burton, Oli Brown or maybe Brent Mason. People who know a good pedal when they hear one.
The Faux AnalogEcho is based around the industry leading pt2399 chip. The industry standard for delay pedals. We treat the signal path in such a way that the dry path and the core signal are completely unaltered, we only use the chip to make a digital replication. With this, the sound remains exactly as you want it. No coloration. With the addition of a tone knob, you can incorporate a little sparkle for digital crispness, or take it all the way out for the most amazing analog warmth.
Over the last 20 years, many pedal companies have done everything they can to bring you the perfect delay pedal. They either concentrate on replicating your original note exactly or give you countless options, the vast majority of which you would never use. The end result is that most digital delay units these days sound sterile, flat and cold, while most analog units are using "compromise" parts that can't recreate the authentic tone of classic pedals' special chips.
We believe that this pursuit of variation to the point of confusion on the digital side and compromise on the analog side has taken guitarists away from the two things that were great about early echo units. Tone and warmth.
The dream would be to have a delay pedal that gave you the consistency of a digital unit, but with all the warmth and character of an old tape echo unit. A hybrid pedal, a fusion of analog and digital to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Wampler Pedals gives you that pedal. Based on the highly acclaimed Wampler Faux AnalogEcho, the Faux Tape Echo offers everything you love about digital without sacrificing the warmth, responsiveness and simplicity that recalls the heritage of classic analog delays.
With a completely original modulation circuit (not a basic chorus effect) that speeds up and slows down according to the attack from your playing, the Faux Tape Echo gives you fantastic “wow and flutter” emulation without ever dropping a beat, without ever letting you down. It can be enabled or disabled for even more versatility. Analog and digital come together under the Wampler Pedals banner and the result is something truly special.
Spoiled by the various tube driven echo units we have around the shop, we wanted the Montavillian Echo to sound and feel just as BIG! So we went all out on the audio path on this thing... We took painstaking efforts to make the dry signal sound and feel better when on than with the pedal bypassed.
The Montavillian Echo utilizes the PT2399 chip, one of the more common delay chips used in modern delays, however, rather than slavishly following the datasheet, we threw it out and ventured out on our own, using our ears to guide us, and what we achieved is a fantastic sounding delay, with a slew of sounds in a small, easy to use footprint.
True Bucket Brigade delay that has the tone and options to cover any style, any use and any player. The Panther Delay is our most anticipated pedal to date with it’s groundbreaker feature set including “tap tempo control” that lives within one “full second of delay time”. The foot-switchable “effects loop” allows you to place any effect or effects that you want on the repeats only. Another option is the four section “ratio control” to give you quarter, dotted eighth, eighth and triplet divisions. The built in “modulation” gives you shimmery Deluxe Memory Man type vibe and can work with tap enabled. The Panther is the first to do this! Our “chirp switch” gives you two flavors of analog: one is bright and chirpy like the vintage Boss DM-2 or Way Huge AP-1 while the other is darker and more in the background. As the user you have the ability to program an “expression control” to your favorite knob to use on the fly with no bending down required! The “Tap IN/OUT” jack lets you remotely tap in a tempo or slave another tap device for amazing live flexibility. All this and more is powered by a standard 9v supply, not a crazy hard to power voltage. Watch the brief VIDEO MANUAL / OVERVIEW movie below for an in depth explanation of all the Panthers features!
In 2011 we released the Panther Analog Delay, almost exactly two years later we tried a nearly impossible feat of taking everything we love about the Panther Delay, making a few improvements, and packaging it into a enclosure half the size. We are proud to bring to you the Panther Cub. True Bucket Brigade delay that has the tone and options to cover any style, any use, and any player. The Panther Cub Delay is our most anticipated pedal to date with it’s groundbreaker feature set including “tap tempo control” that lives within an all analog 1000 milliseconds of delay time! The “effects loop” allows you to place any effect or effects chain on the repeats only. We kept the four section “Ratio Control” to give you quarter, dotted eighth, eighth, and triplet divisions. The built in “Modulation” gives you a shimmery Deluxe Memory Man type vibe and works perfectly even with tap in use. The Panther Delay was the first to do this! The internal "Roar" switch gives you two different levels/sensitivity of oscillation and runaway. As the user you have the ability to program an “expression control” to your favorite knob to use it to change settings on the fly! The “Tap In/Out” jack lets you remotely tap in a tempo or slave another tap device for amazing live flexibility. All this and more is powered by a standard 9v supply.
The Disaster Transport Sr is a dual delay with reverb and modulation. It was designed from the ground up to create an intense wash of lo-fi swirling tape styled echo. While it may look intimidating at first glance, it’s actually pretty easy to navigate. The top row of controls are for delay A and the bottom row of controls are for delay B. Delay A is a 600ms delay with modulation and delay B is a 300ms delay with reverb. Both delays can be run separately, in parallel, in series or in series/parallel. To take it one step further, there are also expression controls for the repeats on delay A as well as bleeding delay A into delay B. The switching was designed so each delay can be used individually or in tandem with both true bypass or trails.
In addition to being used as a straight delay, straight reverb, rhythmic delay, modulated delay and old school tape-style echo, the Disaster Transport SR can also be used to create a wide variety of wild sounds ranging from warped records, clanging flange, smooth chorus, echoed out squalls and various other-worldly effects that will blow your mind, man. If you are a fan of old school tape delay and crazy lo-fi sounds, you will get hours of enjoyment every time you plug into the Disaster Transport Sr.

Dispatch Master featured on PremierGuitar.com, recieves Premier Gear award: Read all about it!
The smaller and more modern answer to our well loved limited run Ghost Disaster from 2010! The Dispatch Master is a digital delay and reverb unit with an all analog direct signal path and true bypass switching. It is capable of producing nearly 2 seconds of delay time with near-infinite repeats and a cavernous reverb. Both effects can be run separately or in unison. Even though it is a DSP based effect, the sound is warm and full. No sterile lifeless tones here! The delay signal is clear and strong with no after effects or signal degradation and the repeats decay into a nice ambient swell with no oscillation. The reverb is MASSIVE and is sure to please those who love our Ghost Echo but want more depth and less artifacts. The perfect “Black Hole Ambience Generator”!
Controls
-Time: Controls the delay time, from 0ms to nearly 2000ms
-Repeats: Controls the regeneration of the delayed signal. Also acts as a enhancer for the reverb. In reverb mode this will control the thickness, decay, depth and overall nature of the reverb.
-Reverb: Controls the reverb mix
-Mix: Controls the over all level of the effected signal
To use as a reverb only, turn the time control all the way down and adjust the reverb and mix controls to taste. In this mode, the repeats control can be used to enhance the thickness, decay, depth and overall nature of the reverb. With the reverb control at it’s maximum setting, the repeats control will gradually overload the effect at higher settings.
To use as a delay only, turn the reverb control all the way down and adjust the time, repeats and mix controls to taste.
To use both effects in unison, adjust all controls to taste. True bypass and hand made one at a time in landlocked Akron, Ohio.
The Death By Audio Echo Dream Delay is a unique and welcome addition to the world of delay pedals. The Echo Dream features basic delay controls (feedback, delay time and delay mix) as well as a versatile modulation section. The Echo Dream's modulation goes from dreamy sway to glitched out bleeps and bloops. The Death By Audio Echo Dream departs from the path often tread by other modern delays with the inclusion of a fuzz section. With options for no fuzz, fuzz and a lighter diode clipping, the user can add another dimension to the delayed signal yielding some truly thick and overwhelming tones.
