Keeping your pedals on a pedalboard makes sense for so many reasons. Having all of your precious stompboxes securely mounted, cabled up and powered means that you can simply plonk your board down at the beginning of the gig and pick it up at the end.

Most people want to be ale to rearrange their arsenal freely from time to time and Velcro type products have become the most common products to use. It has limitations though as heavy pedals can come unstuck in transit and, with lots of use, the fuzzy side can wear out.

Unlike Velcro type products which have hooks on one side (the scratchy bit) and loops on the other (the fuzzy bit), Pedal Board Tape mates to itself via rows of tiny, plastic, mushroom-shaped nodules, forming a much stronger bond. If you pull up the pedals wont budge but if you slide them sideways they peel cleanly apart.. The glue on the back is super strong too. You need to leave it for a bit before putting it under stress but after that it wont move !
